FIRST IDEA: ALIGN YOUR ATTENTION TO YOUR INTENTION
What you put your attention to grows. Allow a continuous supply of H2O on
a dry land and after a few days, that place will blossom. Do the things you
put your attention to reflection your deep soul’s intentions?
SECOND IDEA: ADAPT A GROWTH MINDSET
See yourself as God sees you—not as someone defined by conditions, but
as a growing evolving human being full of potentials and aliveness. Growth
mindset is not in a hurry because it trusts the slow unfolding of God’s work
in our lives.
THIRD IDEA: ACKNOWLEDGE PROGRESS
Celebrating small wins spark the reward circuit in our brain which in turn
releases more energy that fuels us forward. No progress is too small to
acknowledge.
