Peacemakers Learning Series

Come to learn some simple mental models that enable us to think about and improve ourselves while learning a practical set of interpersonal skills.

In our first learning series lesson we explored the PEAR model, the power of compelling visions and missions, and explicit conflict management techniques and inter-personal skills. It will be an interactive session creating a common language and understanding and specific skills that will position us for the future.

We are called to transform as we follow how and what Christ calls us to be. In our transformation, there will be conflict. We are preparing ourselves to deal with it effectively and lovingly.
